Revalla Gnananandha (MBA)
Founder & Chairman
After completing his MBA in Human Resources Management, Mr. Gnananandha worked in several organizations, including as a Staff
Reporter for a leading national newspaper. His visits to tribal areas, slums, schools, and hostels exposed him to the struggles
of underprivileged communities-especially children lacking food, clean water, and education. Motivated to make a difference,
he established Yuva Shakthi Charitable Trust in February 2023 along with his colleagues.
Sivvala Suryanarayana (B.Sc, B.Ed)
Vice Chairman
After completing his studies, Mr. Suryanarayana began his career as a teacher in a corporate school. He was actively involved in government initiatives such as Sakshara Bharat and Night School Programs, contributing to educational development at the grassroots level. Later, he also worked as a staff reporter in a leading news channel, which gave him opportunities to travel widely and witness the struggles of poor families, slum dwellers, and tribal communities. Deeply moved by these experiences, he decided to dedicate his efforts to social service. Today, he plays a key role in supporting the establishment and growth of Yuva Shakthi Charitable Trust, working alongside his colleagues for the upliftment of poor students, tribal communities, and backward sections of society.
Gummidi Vykunta Rao (B.Sc)
Secretary
Mr. Vykunta Rao has always been passionate about community service. After completing his
education, he worked as a volunteer in a social welfare organization, where he actively participated
in social, cultural, and developmental programs. From a young age, he took responsibility for
addressing the basic issues of his village and encouraged elders to take part in finding solutions. His
strong sense of responsibility and commitment to social development led him to contribute actively
to the establishment of Yuva Shakthi Charitable Trust. Along with his colleagues, he continues to
extend his full support towards the welfare of poor families, disadvantaged groups, and
underprivileged students.
